The project required the full historic preservation and renovation of four existing buildings and the infill construction of two four story apartment buildings. It was the first residential project in New Jersey to utilize the Economic Redevelopment & Growth (ERG) tax credits, and twinned historic tax credits and financing from the NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Authority.
