The Philadelphia Parking Authority purchased a 12-story garage at Broad and Wood streets for $21.3 million, more than double its 2021 sale price, according to property records. Iron Stone Real Estate sold the 261,700-square-foot parking garage at 306-20 N. Broad St., just north of the Vine Street Expressway.
